Somatic Resource Development

Stress management - from Hard Facts to Soft Skills
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), pathogenic stress - along with global climate change – poses the biggest challenge of the 21st century. We meet stress in all aspects of our lives, especially at the workplace with its ever more complex work environments and excessive demands and pressures, but also in our family life, spare time and the relationship to ourselves. Stress is generally considered positive if it encourages us to increase our performance and to surpass ourselves. Pathogenic stress, however, means that there is an excessive inner pressure which makes us go far beyond our natural and healthy limits without any break or chance for regeneration. This permanent stress leads to stress-related illnesses and psychological sick leave, which has cost the German economy around 21 billion € in 2004.

When does stress occur ?
What are the most important triggers for my stress? What are my stress symptoms ?
How do I react to stress? How does stress-physiology work ?

This is implemented through stress-questionnaires, HRV- and stress analyses, blood tests, daily cortisol level and structural body analysis, individual work and work in pairs

Step 2 – solution concept
Stress on a neurobiological level, stressors and stress reactions; positive vs. pathogenic stress; stress and neurobiological mutations; stress and time management, body clock and external time, ultradian rhythm, resilience and somatic resources, stress and communication, stress and body awareness, inner attentiveness and heart coherence neuro-biofeedback, burnout and neurological stress fragmentation.

This is implemented through questionnaires, lectures, joint elaboration in small groups and in plenary, individual work and work in pairs.

Step 3 – Realisation, implementation and feedback in following areas:
-
Inner-supplychain-management
- Improved resilience through HRV-biofeedback and heart coherence
- Neurobiological change management
- Chronobiological time management
- Development if somatic resources and stress-free communication
